What helps before a call
None of this is required. It just means the call is about your application rather than about gathering facts.
- A link to the application, even if it is behind a login
- Which tool it was built with, and what has been changed by hand since
- What is actually going wrong, in whatever words you have for it
- Whether you have paying customers on it today
- Whether it needs to be in the App Store or Play Store, and by when

You grant read-only access, and the report lands two business days later. Everything after that is your decision.
